I’m Sabrina (Sachu), a migrant and real estate expert based in Valencia. Having personally experienced the challenges of finding housing as a foreigner in this city, I truly understand the difficulties, uncertainties, and urgency involved in finding a place to call home.
Back in Argentina, my home country, I gained hands-on experience managing both long-term and short-term rentals (I was an Airbnb Superhost), which helped me develop practical skills in property management and customer service.
When I moved to Spain, I went through the housing search and migration process firsthand, which led me to help friends and acquaintances with their own relocation and housing needs in Valencia. Step by step, this evolved into a professional career as an independent personal shopper specializing in real estate.
Today, I offer my experience, empathy, and knowledge to support people—especially foreigners or busy professionals—looking for unique real estate opportunities in Valencia. My services range from personalized property searches to efficient rental management, always focused on maximizing profitability and making the process smooth.
